All gfx commissions are digital products. Once the work has been started or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By commissioning rosé gfx, you agree that all sales are final.
You are fully responsible for providing accurate usernames, references, poses, themes, colours, and details. If you give the wrong Roblox username, Discord tag, or any incorrect information, we are not responsible for mistakes in the final gfx.
Delivery times vary depending on complexity. Estimated times are not guaranteed. Rush orders are not available unless stated otherwise.
You may use your commissioned gfx for personal use, social media, thumbnails, or profile pictures. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own creation.
By commissioning rosé gfx, you agree not to open PayPal disputes or chargebacks. Any attempt to do so will result in a permanent ban from future commissions.
All communication and final delivery will be handled through Discord. You must be reachable — failure to respond may delay your commission.
We are not responsible for: • incorrect details you provide • delays caused by missing information • misunderstandings due to unclear instructions • changes you request after the gfx is completed
